Best Website Design for Counselors

A website is as essential as business cards. Yet, not all website design is the same. Traditional website designers will host your website and charge you when you want upgrades. They may have an eye for doing website design, but you will pay for it month after month.

When I launched Practice of the Practice, I knew I wanted it to reflect who I am. I haven’t liked most counselor’s websites. They usually remind me of a funeral home. They are usually cheesy. They don’t reflect the hip and amazing personalities behind the private practice.

Why we have amazing website design for counselors

From the beginning, I have believed that sweat equity and building one’s knowledge is most important. I have written plenty of articles and helped with resources to start your own website. Yet, some counselors don’t want to learn to do their own website design. The may not have time or interest in the creation of the website. Thus, I started offering website design.

At the end of a client’s design, I walk the private practice owner through how to update the website on their own, so there are no on-going costs to me.
