June marked the halfway mark in 2020 and it certainly was one of our busiest months! We’ve put out some great content on marketing and outsourcing, but also covered very important discussions surrounding the Black Lives Matter movement. To earn six figures in private practice, your gross revenue should be at least 30% more than your goal. Divide that amount by your number of annual work weeks. Then, divide it again by your ideal number of weekly clients. This will determine what you should charge per session in order to meet your revenue goal.

In my prior blog, I discussed why you should outsource tasks when starting a group practice, the cost-benefit of outsourcing, and the different things you can outsource.
