Here are some of the most important actions up to this point:
The RISE Process to work less:
RECOGNIZE: Keep track of issues and opportunities that come to your practice via phone, email, and referrals.
INCREASE: Bring on clinicians that increase your scope, but still align with your specialty.
SUPPORT: Find an assistant to support that expansion, take calls, and do scheduling.
EXPAND: Look for a clinician to replace you to expand your own personal reach. When you find someone that replaces your specialty, you can move on to working beyond time in the chair.
The PoP ABC Virtual Assistant Method:
ACTIVITY: First look for someone around a specific task and activity. What do you want done?
BASICS: What are the basics of the job? Start by training on those.
COLLABORATION: Provide feedback. Own your side of miscommunication.
3E To Get More Done:
ENERGY: Think about when you are most energetic and ready to work.
ELIMINATE: Eliminate distractions and turn off your phone, so that you can focus in on your tasks.
EVERY MINUTE COUNTS: Make every minute count. Not just when you are focusing, but throughout every day.
